Local Stock

All our stocks get shipped from our Sydney Warehouse located in Marrickville. To calculate shipping use our postcode 2204.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery available for any purchase totaling $99 or more. Flat Rate shipping is $10 for any order totaling less than $99 for Sydney & Metropolitan Areas. Rural (As defined by Australia Post) areas shiping is $15 for Country New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.For remote areas Post Box Shipping is available.

For now we are not Shipping overseas.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product becomes out of stock don’t worry. We are here to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience with us.

  • We will advise you when the product will become available
  • You can choose any other product with same price if you have paid already.
  • We can offer you a full refund (It can take up to 7 days but most refunds get processed within 2 days)
  • We can offer you a voucher that you can use anytime in our store.

What if my purchase doesn't arrive within the usual timeframe?

Please contact us at sales@fragrancely.com.au or via online contact form or via live chat. Please quote the invoice and we will follow it up in 24 hours. Most cases we try our best to maintain the stock quantity on our site but if a product becomes unavailable due to unexpected reasons, we will notify you about the delay.
